Tricia Anderson is Director of HR, and joined NexantECA in 2019. Based in London, her remit covers leading the HR strategy and people operations across NexantECA’s global offices; to engage and develop NexantECA’s talented employees; and enable and support the delivery of our business operations through our people practices.
Tricia has wide ranging HR leadership, management and business experience gained over 30 years in a broad range of sectors and businesses - from start-ups and SMEs to large multinational organisations. With 15 years’ experience working in HR Director and Learning & Development Director roles, she has in-depth knowledge and experience across all HR disciplines, and has a particular interest in developing organisations and individuals to realise potential, performance and growth.
Tricia has 15 years’ experience running consulting companies in Europe and Asia, working extensively with a wide range of private and public sector clients as an HR and change management consultant and executive coach.
She has a BSc Joint Honours in Genetics & Zoology; an MBA; a master’s level qualification in executive coaching and mentoring; is a Master NLP practitioner and psychometrician. She has memberships of the CIPD, British Psychological Society and Association of Coaching.
