Clive Gibson is Senior Vice President at NexantECA and has responsibility for our consulting activities in Asia, based in Bangkok, Thailand. Clive has more than 30 years industry and consulting experience, with almost 20 years based in Asia.
Clive has broad knowledge across the Energy & Chemicals sector having led numerous consulting assignments covering gas, downstream oil, renewables, and petrochemicals. Typical assignments have included strategic planning, investment appraisal, market studies, technology evaluations, expert witness, and transaction support including Project Financing and M&A on behalf of a wide variety of industrial clients and financial institutions. This has included technical/market/environmental advisory roles on several award winning Project Finance engagements in Asia.
Prior to joining NexantECA, Clive spent worked for ExxonMobil in a number of operational and commercial roles within the downstream oil sector. He graduated from the University of Nottingham, UK with a First Class Masters degree in Chemical Engineering.
