The inaugural day was graced by opening remarks from H.E. Mr Mohammed AlKhrashi, Deputy Minister of Companies & Reservations Affairs at the Ministry of Energy. He eloquently shed light on the Kingdom's rigorous efforts in navigating challenges in the energy sector. Specifically, he emphasized how the Crude Oil to Chemicals paradigm stands as a cornerstone technology, aligned with the Kingdom's ambitious 2030 vision.
